Computing equilibria in models of spatial allocation of infinite populations

Abstract

The paper presents models of spatial allocation of infinite populations. The problem of the search for equilibria is reduced to a mathematical optimization problem and appropriate numerical procedures are presented. Specific examples of computations and the obtained results are presented in cases involving one and two homogeneous populations.
