Axiomatizations of Banzhaf value
without assuming additivity

Abstract

A new system of axioms which characterizes the Banzhaf value for cooperative games and does not contain the additivity axiom is formulated. The Banzhaf value is the unique value satisfying the conditions of equal treatment, marginal contributions, dummy player and neutrality of two-player representation or association agreements.
