Abstract

In this paper the application of the digital filter having capability of interference rejection, due to dynamic modification of its passband, is described. After few adaptation cycles the recovering of the low amplitude ECG signals occur, so the signal to noise ratio is improved without necessity of using the standard signal averaging method. The paper consists of three parts: introduction, theoretical approach to the adaptive filtering and example of the practical application.
